Case Study: Office and Retail Market Lookbook

Project Overview

Trulite partnered with Avidity Consulting to develop a comprehensive Office and Retail Lookbook designed to support architects, developers, general contractors, and glazing partners involved in workplace environments, commercial buildings, retail storefronts, and mixed-use spaces. The objective was to create a polished, market-focused asset that highlights glass and aluminum solutions used throughout modern office and retail design.

The Challenge

The office and retail sectors have rapidly evolved with new demands around natural light, openness, branding, acoustic comfort, and tenant experience. Trulite’s existing materials did not clearly communicate how its systems support these modern requirements. Product information was fragmented, difficult to apply to specific use cases, and lacked a unified message. The company needed a streamlined narrative, well-structured content, and a visually cohesive format that aligned with the hospitality and healthcare lookbooks while maintaining its own market identity.

Strategy and Approach

Avidity Consulting built the Office and Retail Lookbook using a consistent framework established in the healthcare and hospitality segments. The project began by mapping out the primary applications for glass and aluminum systems across commercial spaces, including lobbies, conference rooms, retail storefronts, tenant spaces, collaborative areas, and amenity zones. Content was written to highlight performance needs such as energy efficiency, acoustic control, transparency, branding opportunities, safety requirements, and modern design aesthetics. The visual layout was created to match Trulite’s updated market lookbook style while allowing the office and retail segment to stand on its own.
