Case Study: Hospitality Market Lookbook

Project Overview

Trulite partnered with Avidity Consulting to create a modern Hospitality Lookbook that supports architects, designers, developers, and glaziers working across hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, entertainment venues, and mixed-use hospitality spaces. The goal was to provide a visually driven and technically accurate resource that highlights the full range of glass and aluminum solutions used throughout hospitality environments.

The Challenge

Hospitality projects demand a balance of aesthetics, durability, safety performance, and guest experience. Existing marketing materials did not capture this blend and lacked a unified story that connected Trulite’s products to hospitality design requirements. The sales team needed a resource that communicated both the visual impact of glass and the technical considerations that drive material selection in hotels and entertainment properties. Messaging was inconsistent across product categories and needed to be rebuilt in a cohesive, customer-friendly format.

Strategy and Approach

Avidity Consulting developed a refreshed content structure focused on hospitality design trends, customer expectations, and performance needs. The project began with identifying the primary touchpoints where glass and aluminum systems appear in hotels and entertainment spaces. Each product section was rewritten to highlight durability, clarity, acoustic comfort, daylighting, and design versatility. The layout and tone were modernized to reflect hospitality aesthetics while maintaining consistency with other Trulite market lookbooks. This approach created a clean and scalable framework that supports both visual storytelling and technical accuracy.

Deliverables

  • A complete Hospitality Lookbook covering hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, and entertainment venues
  • Product descriptions for entrances, storefronts, curtain walls, IGUs, interior glass, decorative applications, and safety glazing
  • Application examples for lobbies, guestrooms, spas, amenity spaces, conference centers, pools, and dining areas
  • Content focused on aesthetics, durability, acoustic comfort, thermal performance, and branding opportunities
  • A modern visual structure aligned with broader Trulite marketing
  • Clear narrative and messaging to support sales presentations and architectural conversations

Impact and Results

The Hospitality Lookbook became one of the strongest customer-facing marketing pieces for Trulite. It gave the sales team a polished tool that communicates the design potential of glass as well as the performance expectations required for hospitality development. The updated structure improved the company’s ability to compete for high visibility projects and helped unify product messaging across multiple business units. The success of this lookbook directly influenced the formatting of later market segments, including Office and Retail and the Capabilities Lookbook.
