Case Study: TruTools Digital Solutions Lookbook

Project Overview

Trulite engaged Avidity Consulting to develop the TruTools brochure, a comprehensive customer-facing lookbook designed to clearly communicate Trulite’s growing suite of digital tools. The brochure was built for contractors, glaziers, dealers, and distributors who interact with Trulite daily across quoting, ordering, design configuration, delivery tracking, and project coordination. The goal was to create a single, organized resource that explains what tools exist, how they work, and how they simplify day-to-day business with Trulite.

The Challenge

Trulite had made significant investments in digital tools, but customer awareness and adoption were inconsistent. Information about portals, configurators, ordering tools, and delivery visibility lived across multiple documents, conversations, and internal knowledge. Sales teams struggled to clearly explain the full ecosystem, and customers often did not realize how many tools were available or how they connected. Trulite needed a unified narrative that positioned these tools as a cohesive system rather than a collection of standalone applications.

Strategy and Approach

Avidity Consulting positioned TruTools as a system story, not a software catalog. The strategy focused on organizing tools around how customers actually work, from design and estimating through ordering, delivery, and job completion. Content was written in clear, customer-friendly language that emphasized speed, clarity, and control rather than technical jargon. Each tool was framed within the broader TruAccess ecosystem to reinforce the value of a single login and a connected experience. Visual structure and layout were designed to guide readers logically through the platform while aligning with Trulite’s broader brand and lookbook standards.

Impact and Results

The TruTools brochure gave Trulite a sales-ready asset that simplified digital conversations with customers.
