Case Study: Truboard Product Launch and Strategic Partnership

Project Overview

Trulite engaged Avidity Consulting to launch Truboard, a new monolithic glass board system designed for markerboards, writable surfaces, and premium interior environments. This project included both the creation of a complete marketing lookbook and the development of a strategic supply partnership that allowed Trulite to introduce a new product line under its own brand. The Challenge

Trulite did not previously offer a glass board or writable surface product, despite increasing demand across education, corporate offices, healthcare environments, and collaborative spaces. To enter this category, the company needed a manufacturing partner, a private-label agreement, brand development, technical positioning, and a customer-facing lookbook to support both architectural and sales conversations. Avidity Consulting was responsible for securing the strategic partnership, developing the product messaging, and creating a market-ready lookbook that introduced Truboard as a premium branded system within Trulite’s portfolio.
